Who's Who

There are three tiers of usership, from lowest level to highest: Viewer, Editor, and Admin. Black Walnut Catalog is an enterprise system and campuses can have as many users in the platform as they need. Contracts can be added singularly or by CSV upload.

BEST FOR WHAT LEVEL EMPLOYEE? Low-level reps in each department VPs and Directors across campus Presidents, CIOs, CFOs, IT Directors and any member of a campus leadership team
VISIBILITY Search database and see what tools their peers are using. Viewers can see product descriptions and the internal rating of each software license. Editors have full access to all of the information for one or more departments on campus. A VP of admissions may be an Editor for just the Admissions department, while a VP of Enrollment may be an Editor for Admissions, Recruiting, Financial Aid, and more. Admins have full access to all of the information inside of the platform.
